details of speed limit changes on the last speed camera before junction 15 of the M25 going ca

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, Highways England Company Limited should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear Highways England Company Limited,
My name is Michael Tate. My telephone number is 01494 433451. I wish to make a Freedom of Information Act request about the speed limit displayed on the last overhead gantry before junction 15 travelling clockwise at about 2211 hours tonight, 8th March.

My requests are as follows. Tonight as I approached junction 15 going clockwise around the M25 the variable speed limit signs changed from 50 to the national speed limit at about 2211 hours. At almost exactly the same time the speed cameras on this gantry appear to have been activated.
1. Please could you confirm exactly what time the speed limit displayed at the above location changed from 50 to the national speed limit on this gantry sometime between 2205 and 2220 hours.
2. Can you confirm what times if any the cameras were activated by speeding vehicles going clockwise at this location between 2205 and 2220.

Yours faithfully,
Michael Tate
