Details of Passenger Embarkation/Disembarkation - Ocean Diva
Dear Metropolitan Police Service (MPS),
As part of a Premises Licence Application (22/03097/LAPRE) to the London Borough of Newham, RGP Consulting Engineers, a transport planning consultancy, have been engaged to provide a report with regard to passenger embarkation/disembarkation (up to 1000 passengers) from a vessel by the name of Ocean Diva.
The report advises that officers from the Metropolitan Police met with representatives of RGP to discuss the potential impacts of such numbers of passengers embarking/disembarking at unsocial hours who may have been drinking.
The report covers Canary Wharf Pier, West India Dock, Tower Millennium Pier and Butlers Wharf.
Can the MPS provide confirmation that such meeting took place and what was discussed?
Can the MPS provide a written report of such a meeting with representatives of RGP, and any recommendations made?
Yours faithfully,
Ralph Hardwick
