Dear OGA FOI requests,

Thank you for your response dated 23 June. As you mentioned in the cover letter, this is unfinished. I'd like to please request the complete and agreed copy of the meeting notes / minutes. Please note this is a time sensitive matter and this meeting is critical to the understanding of the events.

Yours sincerely,

Ada Zaffina

OGA FOI requests,

Dear Ms Zaffina,

Thank you for your email of 28 June, following up on our response to your
Freedom of Information request.

To clarify, there is no further documentation of the meeting, the version
of the note we shared in our response remains the only version. Although
there were suggestions for corrections, these were never made and it was
not the intention to share the note with Angus before your FOI request
necessitated doing so. Events also moved on quickly after the meeting,
meaning that the note became less relevant anyway.

Before undertaking a full internal review, I just wanted to ensure that
there was no misunderstanding between us over this matter.

I hope that this is helpful.

Should you remain dissatisfied with the way the OGA has handled your
request, you may still request a full internal review. A request for an
internal review should be made within 40 working days of the date of
receipt of the response to your request and should be addressed to:
