Please provide a list of participants, plus copies of notes or minutes taken, and details of statements made by Mike Brown regarding the Tooley Street consultation, at a meeting on reportedly 5th December 2018, attended by Mike Brown and taxi trade organisations including RMT and LCDC.

Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy. 

 

At the time of receiving your request,  we did not hold any minutes/notes
regarding the meeting of 5 December 2018, however we can advise that these
are in the process of being prepared and will be agreed with the attendees
before being finalised. Therefore we do not yet hold the requested
information. We expect this to be finalised by end of February 2019.
