Details of Lottery Process for Distribution of Tickets

Olympic Delivery Authority did not have the information requested.

Dear Olympic Delivery Authority,

I would like details of the process used to 'randomly' allocate tickets and details of the process to audit the allocation, confirming that they have been randomly allocated.

If the system is computerised I would like details of the software used (specification/design) and details of the testing undertaken to ensure that the system allocated tickets entirely randomly and fairly according to the original specification.

The delivery authority do not handle ticketing. LOCOG a separate private limited company handle the ticketing, being a private limited company they are no subject to freedom of information requests.
