Details of letters or other methods of communication
Lee Dargue made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy
Dear Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy,
I enquire under Freedom of Information requirements, that you reply based on the response you gave to the BBC that there was "commercially sensitive information" in the letter you sent to Nissan in October 2016, which will expire at some point.
I'd like to know, please:
-if any communication method was use to convey information related to this matter with Nissan (including, but not limited to, social media, email or other digital communication methods)
-when this expiration occurs; the date you will allow the information to be revealed
-what subjects were considered sensitive (for example, financial, taxes, business rates or other areas)
-have similar or roughly similar letters been sent to or by your government to any other company in relation to any current policy, or any situation regarding "Brexit"
