Dear Department of Health and Social Care,

I would like to request the following information regarding Jeremy Hunt's visit to the United States between 2nd and 4th February 2017 (in the role of Secretary of State for Health and Social Care):

1. A day-by-day itinerary of Mr Hunt's visit.
2. The company names and representatives of all pharmaceutical companies Mr Hunt met with during his visit, formally or informally.
3. The agenda and minutes of each meeting with any pharmaceutical companies.

In addition to Mr Hunt's dealings with pharmaceutical companies, I would also like to request:

- Any email correspondence between Mr Hunt and Antonia Romeo, from the Department of International Trade, who accompanied him on his trip to New York.

If you cannot fulfil one of the above inquiries, please do not reject the claim in its entirety. I would ask that you still provide information for the remaining requests.
