Please note some of the procurements do not have current suppliers to
replace (e.g. Holborn Station Capacity Upgrade is a one off project
therefore there is no contract to replace). Column G therefore says
whether the contract is a re-let, and if so, the table provides the
current supplier, contract title and value as requested.
