Dear Friends of Hill Crest Road,

Please find below responses to your enquiries.

How many properties were offered a wider driveway

12 properties

What was the criteria to be offered a wider driveway

As part of the design process colleagues from our highway design team met
with our contractors to undertake a review of the proposed design. This
process identified a number of locations where residents were driving over
non-dropped kerbing and/or grass verges to access their off road parking
areas causing damage and/or potential damage to existing kerbing and grass
verges. To ensure longevity, and to minimise future maintenance
expenditure, it would be unfavourable for this to continue once the
project was complete and hence wider accesses were offered to some
properties.

How many properties accepted the offer of wider driveways

8 properties

Of those who accepted how many have been invoiced for their wider driveway

8 properties

Of those invoiced, what was the invoiced amount per property

Please provide the plans that NCC drew up for Tarmac to carry out the work
