Dear Cardiff Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Cardiff Council's handling of my FOI request 'Details of fathers' suicide rates under Cardiff CC duty of care'.

I consider the callous response to be a reflection on Cardiff Council's clear and demeaning lack of concern over the health and welfare of 'over 29,000 service users'. Or fathers in plain language. Men to be even plainer.

Notwithstanding this no effort has been made to answer the latter questions, or to give a statistically relevant comparison from the first question, within the budgetary limits and time periods prescribed by law. Indeed it appears that the response is actually intended to enable a licence to kill, if not by their own hands, on the part of the named social workers. Which indicates that Cardiff Council knows of the problem and wishes merely to cover it up.

I know that the answrs to the latter questions are non zero, as one may be forced to presume does the Council.

You have a duty under law to answer all of my questions, not just the first one, which do not predicate directly upon the first.

i therefore demand the information I have requested be scoped within the budgetary limits, though do not accept the estimates of times given.

I therefore demand full answers to my latter questions and a statistically valid comparison to the overall as questioned in my first, within budgetary limits.

That the future lives of thousands of fathers, and those of their children irreparably damaged, is not worth £450 to Cardiff County Council is both evident and beyond sickening.

Mike
