(a) addresses and rateable values of empty Commercial properties with a current rateable value greater than £50,000 that are within Chelmsford Borough Council area; and

I am in receipt of your Freedom of Information request of the 8th. July, 2010.

I have passed your request to our Financial Services for a reply. It is the Council's intention to respond to you fully on or before 5th. August, 2010. If we are not able to do so, I will write to you explaining why.

I would advise you with regards (b) of your request we cannot supply you with the names and addresses of the owners as such information is data protected under the Data Protection Act 1998.
