You made a request for information regarding empty commercial properties in the Kirklees area. I have considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and recent case law, CP England vs London Borough of Bexley. I am therefore able to provide details of empty properties which have been empty for 6 months or longer where the owner is not a natural person. The information is detailed in the attached Excel spreadsheet.
