(a) addresses and rateable values of empty Commercial B1 & suis generis use class properties that have been empty for longer than 6 months & with a current rateable value less than £20,000 that are within

(b) the names and addresses of the owners of those properties
referred to in (a)

In response to your request, a spreadsheet is attached. Please note we do
not record Planning permitted usage and therefore cannot indicate which
properties have Commercial B1 consent.

 

The information supplied to you continues to be protected by the
Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988.  You are free to use it for your
own purposes, including any non-commercial research you are doing and for
the purposes of news reporting.  Please contact me at the above address if
