2. All correspondence (internal and external meeting notes / minutes,
emails, letters, spreadsheets, notes from phone conversations and face to
face meetings etc.) between West Berkshire Council officers (including the

Leisure Services that led to the decision to award the contract(s) to ALS
rather than go through a more formal competitive tendering process for

3. Who in the Council made the final decision to award the Monks Lane

were these decisions made and what justification was provided to support
these decisions? Please provide a copy of all information provided to

4. What formal purchase orders have so far been placed by West Berkshire

orders (dates, scope of work, value etc.)
5. Of the formal purchase orders that have so far been placed by West
