Dear North Wales Police,

In an ITV documentary "Beyond the Line: North Wales Traffic Cops". A copy of this can be found on YouTube here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-lbTZHLl...

At 1:51 and 2:13 (minutes:seconds) it shows a computer screen on the police computer screens. A copy of these can be found here:

I would like to request:

a) What software or program is being used?

b) What is being shown on the screens?

c) What are the meanings of the symbols including ones not visible.
(ie, green key, red key, grey block, blue target, orange stop, grey compas)

d) What is the table on the left on the screens showing?
(ie, CX18AUA, Raymond Williams 72283, 12 Jul 08:26, Western Traffic...)
