Dear Wandsworth Borough Council,

Please provide details of the number and origin of complaints in the London Borough of Wandsworth that led to the removal of o-bikes in the borough. Please provide this in machine readable format, ideally CSV.

Each record should represent one complaint and contain the following details:

1. Date of complaint.
2. Specific location of complaint.
3. An anonymous identifier of that complainant (e.g. a number that appears next to all complaints from that complainant).
4. Type of complainant (at a minimum categories should be resident, business, public sector, council contractor, council department. If a complainant is in two or more categories, they should all be listed).
5. Partial postcode of complainant including outward portion and the digit for the inward portion of the postcode (e.g. Wandsworth Council would be listed as SW18 2).
6. Total number of complaints (inclusive) made by that complainant.

I refer to your request for information received on 08/08/2017. Please see
the information below in response to your request: -

Please provide details of the number and origin of complaints in the
London Borough of Wandsworth that led to the removal of o-bikes in the

The Cabinet Member (Community Services) received a number of verbal
complaints from elected colleagues but as they were passed directly to him
verbally the numbers were not recorded.  The Council took a pro-active
approach in removing o-bikes, those who phoned in were simply informed the
Council is actively removing the o-bikes that have been deposited on the
highway and the calls were therefore not recorded.
