Details of Capped Expenditure Process (CEP) for Staffordshire

We're waiting for Stewart Moffat to read a recent response and update the status.

Dear Department of Health,
As a member of the public in an healthcare region that is to have a CEP applied (Staffordshire) I am deeply concerned that the details of how these savings are to be made is currently secret. I request that as a tax payer, and therefore funder of the NHS, I am fully appraised of the specific changes to services in Staffordshire that are going to be applied as a result of the application of the CEP.

Yours faithfully,

Stewart Moffat
