Please could you provide details of all calls to the fire that started in the premises at 18, Cathedral Yard, Exeter on the morning of the 28th October 2016 - could you identify which calls came from mobiles, landlines and automatic fire alarms/central receiving stations.

Could you also provide details of your attendance times and assistance messages.

We have reviewed our decision and given the passing of time since the
incident we are in a position to release to you the assistance messages
and attendance times. This is enclosed in the attached pdf.
