Details of arrests and charges outside Cuadrilla's Preston New Road shale gas site, Little Plumpton, nr Blackpool, Lancashire
Dear Lancashire Constabulary,
I should be grateful if you would provide the following information:
The dates and reasons for each arrest between 5 January 2017 and 22 February 2017 outside the Cuadrilla shale gas site at Preston New Road, Little Plumpton, near Blackpool, Lancashire.
I should be grateful if you would also indicate for each arrest whether the person arrested has been charged and the details of the charge.
I have asked for this information informally from Lancashire Police press office but was advised I needed to make a Freedom of Information request.
Yours faithfully,
Ruth Hayhurst
