Details of and justification for the de facto declassification of Valley Rd and Gleneldon Roads SW16
Dear Transport for London,
I request to know why Tf L has agreed to allow the blocking of the London Distributor Rd, Valley Rd, and the Local Distributor Rd, Gleneldon Rd to all but buses, emergency services, and black cabs to facilitate the imminent Streatham Wells LTN. The plan effectively diverts local traffic (residents, deliveries etc) for Valley Rd and the streets off it to access via Sunnyhill and Wellfield Rds - both of which are Local Roads and effectively single file in places, so most unsuitable for additional traffic.
Yours faithfully,
Jane Wright

Dear Ms Wright
Our Ref: FOI-2025-2324
Thank you for your request received on 11 September 2023 asking for
information about the Streatham LTN proposal.
Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) and our information access
policy. I can confirm that we hold some of the information you require.
Please find attached the minutes from the Road Space Performance Group
meeting which outlines TfL’s rationale for endorsing the Streatham LTN
proposal.
In accordance with our obligations under Data Protection legislation some
personal data has been removed from the attached, as required by
Regulation 13 of the EIRs. This is because disclosure of this personal
data would be a breach of the legislation, specifically the first
principle of Article 5 of the UK General Data Protection Regulation which
requires all processing of personal data to be fair and lawful. It would
not be fair to disclose this personal information when the individuals
have no expectation it would be disclosed and TfL has not satisfied one of
the conditions which would make the processing ‘fair’.
If this is not the information you are looking for please do not hesitate
to contact me.
Please see the attached information sheet for details of your right to
appeal.
Yours sincerely

Dear FOI,
You have not answered my question - the question is not about the " Streatham LTN" - there are 2 - one is Streatham Hill, which you have provided information about, and the other is Streatham Wells, which is the one containing the two roads I asked specifically about; Valley Rd and Gleneldon Rd.
The information you have provided does not address my specific question so I am requesting an internal review.
Yours sincerely,
Jane Wright
