Please find attached a report which was requested under the Freedom of
Information Act.

Due to the large amount of data interrogated, this has simply been an
exercise of providing a list of all credits which have been written off
irrespective of the reason for their removal.

So, reasons may be for eg, to not being able to find a forwarding address
for a refund of the credit. However, these transactions might also
represent account amendments, such as writing off a credit on one year and
adding it to another year.

Further all accounts in the names of individuals, and their relevant
credit removal transactions, have been removed from this report.

Finally, please note, that some of the reversal of credits have been
`contra'd' and this means cancelled or reversed. So with some of the
entries the net result may be zero.

Hopefully the attached, with the above guidelines will provide you with
the information you require.
