someone else I am unable to give this to you, release of this information
would constitute a breach of Principle 1, of the DPA.  Principle 1 states
that personal data shall be processed (used) fairly and lawfully and in
particular, shall not be used unless at least one of the conditions in

Dear Brent Borough Council,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Brent Borough Council's handling of my FOI request 'Details of all dropped kerb applications approved on Whitmore Gardens since October 2008'.

[ I am not minded that provision of the addresses for which the dropped kerb applications were approved breaches data protection. ]

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...

Yours faithfully,

Mike Harry
