Please forward to me details of a Covenant/Charge placed on the piece of land in Radcliffe currently occupied by the Millwood School, the demolished Radcliffe High School and playing fields. The land is bounded by School Street, Ulundi Street, Manchester Bury and Bolton Canal and Beesley & Fiennes Builders Merchants.

The Council’s response to your request is that although the Councils holds
this
information, it is exempt from disclosure under Section 21 of FOIA and is
therefore
being withheld because that the information is reasonably accessible by
other means, it
can be requested from the Land Regisrty.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
