Under the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting information on the "787 incidents of dangerous behaviour in 18 days" that were recorded in the Cotton Mill Lane railway crossing in St. Albans, Hertfordshire, according to a sign posted on an entrance to the crossing.
Please provide the information in an Excel spreadsheet, showing at least the following:
-Date of incident
-Time of incident
-Type of incident
-Description of incident
