I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of Information Act, details in respect to the contract below.

Provision of First Aid and Manual Handling Training –

The details we require are:

Name of suppliers who applied for inclusion on each contract and were successful and not successful at the PQQ & ITT stages?

Ranking of all successful and not successful suppliers at the PQQ & ITT stages?

Total value of the awarded contract?

Actual spend on this contract (and any sub lots), from the start of the contract to the current date?

Start date of the contract?

Expiry date of the contract?

Is there an extension clause in the contract, and if so, what is the duration of the extension?

Has a decision been made yet on whether the contract is being either extended or renewed?

What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?

Could you please provide a copy of the service/product specification given to all bidders for when this contract was last advertised?

Who is the senior officer (outside of procurement) responsible for this contract?
