Servicing and Maintenance of Fire Safety Systems - AWARD:

The details we require are:
• What are the contractual performance KPI's for this contract?
Quality - Standard of installations on repairs, 5% measurement checks on records and certificates
submitted Target 97% Delivery Call out times to responsive repairs are within stated times
identified within the specification. - Target 97% Cost (a) Monthly valuations are charged against the
submitted pricing schedules. - Target 100% Cost (b) All reports are submitted electronically- Target
100% Sustainability (a) Evidence of any EV mileage or green transport programme or equivalent
(public transport or car pooling). Evidence of waste recycling disposal of fire equipment. 5% of
annual delivery for service are carbon free or offset.
Sustainability (b) All reports are submitted electronically Target 100% Health and safety Supply of
RAMS are submitted where applicable before commencement of works. Report any safety
concerns identified when carrying out servicing and maintenance Target 100% Overall Satisfaction
