Dear Tees Valley Combined Authority,

Please provide the TVCA internal email(s) which relate to the following:

1. instructing staff to undertake the individual scoring of the Tees Valley Legal Services Framework tenders.

2 instructing staff to submit their individual scoring sheets for the Tees Valley Legal Services Framework.

3. from staff submitting the individual scoring sheets for the Tees Valley Legal Services Framework.

4. inviting staff to a meeting to discuss the consolation of the scoring sheets from the Tees Valley Legal Services Framework.

5. Instructing staff to destroy / get rid of any emails and documents they have relating to the individual scoring of the Tees Valley Legal Services Framework.

I acknowledge that personal data may need to be obscured in the emails.

Our response

There was a meeting set up to discuss how people should score, please see
attached.

You asked

Please provide the TVCA internal email(s) instructing staff to submit
their individual scoring sheets for the Tees Valley Legal Services
Framework.

Our response

Staff were not required to submit their individual scoring sheets if they
had completed them, these were draft only and the score that was relevant
was the score that was decided at the consensus meeting.

You asked

Please provide the TVCA internal email(s) from staff submitting the
individual scoring sheets for the Tees Valley Legal Services Framework.

Our response

Evaluations took place 24,25 & 27 June, MS teams invite sent

4. inviting staff to a meeting to discuss the consolation of the scoring

Our response

There was no such instruction given to staff
