Destination Marketing Strategy 2

We're waiting for John Patton to read recent responses and update the status.

Dear Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council,
write to formally request the following information under the Freedom of Information Act, pertaining to the destination marketing activities undertaken by the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council over the past two years. I respectfully ask that all responses be provided in a detailed manner, supported where relevant by documentation, and any quantitative data be presented in an Excel format for clarity and further analysis. The specific points of enquiry are as follows:

Tradeshows Attendance and Costs:

Kindly provide the total number of tradeshows attended specifically for the purpose of destination marketing within the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough over the past two years.
I further request a breakdown of the costs associated with such attendance, including but not limited to registration fees, stand hire, promotional materials, and any other related expenditure.

Sales Events Participation and Costs:

I seek information on the number of sales events attended within the same timeframe, also in relation to the destination marketing objectives of the borough.
Please provide a detailed account of the associated costs, encompassing event participation fees, materials, and any other relevant expenses.

Breakdown of Travel, Accommodation, and Associated Expenses:

Could you kindly furnish a comprehensive breakdown of costs incurred in relation to flights, accommodation, and any other expenses associated with the aforementioned tradeshows and sales events?
This should include per diem allowances, transport costs (e.g., taxis, car hire), and any additional incidentals. For ease of analysis, I request that this information be presented in an Excel spreadsheet.

Yours faithfully,

John Patton

Dear Sir / Madam,

REQUEST FOR ACCESS TO INFORMATION
FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT 2000

The Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council was formed under the Local
Government Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 effective 1 April 2015 and replaces
the former councils of Ballymoney, Coleraine and Limavady Borough Councils
and Moyle District Council.  Requests made to the legacy councils since 1
April 2015 are being handled by the Causeway Coast and Glens Borough
Council and duplicate requests made to the legacy councils are being
treated as one request.

Council acknowledges your request for information under the above
legislation and will process your personal data, provided as part of this

being exempt, containing reference to a third party or other provisions
within the legislation.

the information and you will be informed where appropriate.

There may be a fee payable for this information.  For requests under FOIA,
Council will not normally charge unless the cost of responding exceeds
£450 based on £25 per hour.  Where applicable, the council can choose to
either decline to respond to the request, or to do so only after payment
of a fee.  Under the EIR, (subject to legislative exemptions) Council will
normally charge a fee for complying with requests for information based on
a fee of £25 per hour. Where a Fees Notice has been issued and no payment
received within three months of issue, the Council will consider the
request closed.  Further information about charges for environmental
