I have understood your request to be for the following information:

As part of the Oxford Parkway station development project, Jacobs
([1]https://eur02.safelinks.protection.outlo...)
produced a design for the rebuild of the A4165 Oxford Parkway junction as
Drawing Number SKM-DRG-OPS-UN60312-4024 dated 2/7/2014.

Noted on this drawing is:

"For risks and hazards see designer's hazard checklist and hazard
elimination schedule".

Please will you provide me with the Designer's Hazard Checklist and Hazard
Elimination Schedule for this design.

If I have misunderstood or misinterpreted your request in any way, please
let me know as soon as possible.

On occasion we may need to consult with third parties about requests, in
line with the recommendations in the Code of Practice issued by the
Cabinet Office.
