Dear Alison Fletcher1,
Would you please supply the drawings and details of the construction as your design phase is now complete, and you intend to start work in the next few days. The NCC has now sought permission form the Town Council for land without supplying the details as requested. Would you now please do so?
Thank you
Yours sincerely,
Peter Harris
Dear Requester,
Further to your further query. Following clarification Nottinghamshire County Council have provided the below response. Unfortunately I must refer you to our original response below.
For information, I should advise you of the following. Work is NOT intended to start in the next few days. Approval to construct the crossing has not yet been given by Communities and Place Committee and detailed design has not been carried out.
However the department has stated that: he/she simply contacts me directly to discuss the matter? The situation could easily be explained in a matter of moments, either via phone call or email.
Regards,
Paul Hillier
