Good afternoon,
Thank you for your recent Freedom of Information request.
For a Freedom of Information request to be considered valid, requesters must provide a real name. Information Commissioner's Office guidance says that a real name would be any variation of the requester's title, or first name combined with their surname; a first name alone would not constitute a real name. Information Commissioner's Office guidance also states that a pseudonym or pun name does not constitute a real name.
We believe that the name you have provided may be a pseudonym. Therefore, in line with the Information Commissioner's Office guidance, we currently consider your request invalid.
We are writing to ask you to kindly provide your full name in order that your request will be considered valid and allow us to continue with your request.
Yours sincerely,
Freedom of Information team

Dear FOI team,
Thank you for providing this information.
There are a number of blank pages within the documents. Could you confirm that this is intentionally the case? (See Programme Team, pages 46-101, 103-111, 134-150, 152-159, 162-173, and URC, pages 38-60, 66-73, 75-86, 89-98.)
Yours sincerely,
Harry
Good afternoon,
Please accept my apologies for this oversight. I can confirm that the pages that are blank should have been removed from the document. They were duplicate pages and should have been deleted to provide a shorter, clearer document. If you would like us to re-send the PDFs with the blank pages removed, please let me know.
Many thanks,
Freedom of Information Team

Dear FOI team,
Thank you for the reply. There is no need to re-send the PDFs.
Thanks again.
Yours sincerely,
Harry
