Derogation licences granted in relation to bat roosts

The request was partially successful.

Dear Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs,

I would greatly appreciate information on the number of European Protected Species licenses or 'derogation'licenses authorised with respect to bat (all species) roosts, including the number of licenses authorised each year (for the last 7 years) and a detailed breakdown of reasons for the licenses being authorised.

Yours faithfully,

Robert Davidson

Dear FOI (NE),

In light of your response, I accept that there is too much information to be collated and provided within a reasonable amount of time.

As you suggest, I'd be happy with one year's worth of licenses where a brief project description is given. I request the year 2011.

Yours sincerely,

Robert Davidson
