Unfortunately the information you have requested is not held by the
Council. The information is, therefore excepted under Regulation 10(4)(a)
of the EIRs.

Dear Highland Council, I am requesting information details about any
derelict buildings in your council? Can you send me web links or emails if
another department within your council has these details?

With regards to Regulation 10(4)(a) of EIRs we cannot provide you with
this information as we do not hold a register of derelict buildings.

Under Section 20 of Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act, you have the
right to request that the Highland Council reviews any aspect of how it
has dealt with your request. This requirement for review should be

Glenurquhart Road, Inverness IV3 5NX, or [email address], within 40
working days of receipt of this response. The request should include
details of the information requested and the aspects of the Highland
Council’s response which you are not satisfied with.
