The Scottish Government  introduced new procedures that changed how
Assessors gather information relevant to the valuation of properties for
non-domestic rates.

We are currently issuing Assessor Information Notices. This information
must be provided within 28 days from the issue date or you may be liable
for a civil penalty.

 

If you are unable to provide this information please contact us
immediately.

added to the Council Tax List, please ensure you have provided the full

The information you have requested is not held by the Assessor. We do not maintain a database of abandoned and derelict building.

I'm not sure such a list exists, but you might try the planning department of Glasgow City Council.
