Dear Wandle Housing Association,
FOI signed copy of Derek Hammond conditional survey report 2018 as been REFUSED.
As stated by Iain Turner message BELOW on the 10th February 2021.
Note the FOI REFUSAL will have a SERIOUS IMPACT under the Health and Safety act for residential property 1974 and INFRINGED UPON THE FIRE SAFETY LAW AGAINST Wandle Housing Association, 3-5 Montague Close, 2nd Floor Minerva House, London, SE1 9BB.
On the grounds of property law, a LICENSED conditional surveyor must hold a MRICS professional qualification. To be an authorised licensed apparatus of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors.
FOI requestor as also been REFUSED an ORIGINAL COPY of the condition survey from the Apparatus operator Derek Hammond 2018 and a SIGNED COPY UNDATED AS NOT BE DISCLOSED to the FOI requestor Ewan Natty. From Wandle Housing Association.
FOI I Ewan Natty hereby request a full copy of the Derek Hammond survey report 2018 for the property of 126c, Trinity Road, London, SW17 7HS

I’m afraid that we do not have a signed copy of the report. The data is entered into our asset management system and the surveyor’s name recorded against it. The report provided is an export of the data in our system. We are not required to keep an original signed copy. There is also no requirement for a stock condition surveyor to be MRICS qualified.

To Iain Turner the corporate compliance Manager of Wandle Housing Association, 2nd Floor Minerva House, 3-5 Montague Close, London SE1 9BB.
Freedom of Information Requester Ewan Natty the tenant and occupier of the resident declared in previous FOI request where the survey was carried out by Derek Hammond.
I Ewan Natty HAVE NOT received the SIGNED Survey report from Derek Hammond signed by himself as the Licensed Practitioner SURVEYOR.
The survey must be signed by a Licensed surveyor and the Surveyor must be licensed with a membership TITLE from the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor.
