Could you please provide me details of the number of adults placed into Safeguard by Derbyshire Adult Social Services between Jan 2011 and Dec 2012.
If possible could you please provide details of why Safeguard was put in place and the final outcome of each case

Our response –
The AVA/ Safeguarding information for financial year 2011/ 2012 is
available through the National Adult Social Care Intelligence Service
(NASCIS) . This covers total notifications to case conclusions. The
financial year covers 1^st April to the 31^st March the following year.
This year’s data is still being calculated and will not be publically
available for several months when it is published again to NASCIS.
If you have any further questions on this FOI or the AVA/ Safeguarding
