Dear Transport for London,

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, could you please supply me with a spreadsheet containing information regarding the depth of underground tunnels in London.
Specifically I would like a list of all the stations on the London Underground Network with the depth (measured in meters above sea level) of each line that runs through that station.

Yours faithfully,

D. Merren

Dear Transport for London,

I am writing to enquire about my request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, sent to you on 4th May 2011 which can be found at the following url: http://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/de...

I have yet to receive a reply to or even acknowledgement of my request and I would now like to request an update of my application for this information to be sent to me within three working days as you are now in breach of the Act:

"A public authority must comply with section 1(1) promptly and in any event not later than the twentieth working day following the date of receipt."

I appreciate that you are busy but, as a courtesy I would have expected some communication from you if you had a good reason as to why the request was going to take longer to process than the limits allowed by law.

If I do not receive a reply within the next three working days, I shall be requesting an internal review of the way this FOI request has been handled.

Yours faithfully,

D. Merren
