I can confirm that the council holds the information you requested which
is as follows.

 

1 - How many assessments under the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards were

Between £250 - £300.  Negotiated on an individual basis dependent on
geographical locations and resources from which to choose (predominantly
prior to COIVD 19 when face to face visits were standard).

Between £175 - £200 (as above)

 

5 - Please provide the name of the local DoLS Lead or Team Manager

Freedom of Information Complaints and Review Procedure

Any person who has requested information from Wiltshire Council which has
been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act is entitled to make a
complaint and request an internal review of the handling of their request
if they are dissatisfied with the response they have received.

Requests for review of a Freedom of Information requests should be made,
