Dear Aneurin Bevan University Health Board,
Can you tell me why an emergency Dols order was allowed to be put in place on 26th September 2017 , breaching the Human Rights Art 5 and Art 8 depriving the patient of liberty and visitors which was a punishment and also maintaining on the illegally filled in form with so many inaccuracies that the patient had no relatives or next of kin when it was known that he had both. Illegal as the patient was not informed as should be under MCA 2005 and had capacity. For a Dols to be put in place there needs to be a presumption of incapacity and there had been no capacity assessment.
This is illegal. The patient wanted to go home . This form was apparently filled in by N.Marsh and others who knew there to be relatives
