Request for Information
I refer to your request for information received on 3 March 2018 in which you asked the Council for the following information:
"I have a scatter flat above me different drunks and junkies and noisey single parents with no control over there wad of kids that's 7 year now when will the scatter flat move and I get a full time neighbours"

Request for Review
The Council has a Review Panel to deal with complaints from people who are not happy about the way that it has handled their request. Staff not involved in the original decision will handle any review.
