I would like to know the date(s)when Thomas Packer and Janet Packer left the employment of the West London Free School and whether their job titles, responsibilities or salaries were varied whilst still employed by the school.
Please supply digital copies of any contracts and correspondence between the school and these members of staff which relate to their employment or any disciplinary matters.
I would also like to see digital copies of any correspondence between parents of children at the school and any members of staff at the school concerning Thomas Packer or Janet Packer.
Please also supply digital copies of any correspondence from parents of children at the school raising concerns or complaints about the management or day-to-day running of the school.

School Academy Trust (the Trust) received by the Trust on 28 ^ November
2013.
As required by the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (the Act) we are able
to respond as follows to your request. Your original request is reproduced
below:
I would like to know the date(s) when Thomas Packer and Janet Packer left
the employment of the West London Free School and whether their job
titles, responsibilities or salaries were varied whilst still employed by
the school.
Please supply digital copies of any contracts and correspondence between
the school and these members of staff which relate to their employment or
any disciplinary matters.
I would also like to see digital copies of any correspondence between
parents of children at the school and any members of staff at the school
concerning Thomas Packer or Janet Packer.
Please also supply digital copies of any correspondence from parents of
children at the school raising concerns or complaints about the management
or day-to-day running of the school.
Both Thomas Packer and Janet Packer left the employment of the Trust on 31
August 2013. Thomas Packer’s responsibilities changed from being
Headmaster of the West London Free School to being Education Director of
the Trust between 1 January 2013 and 31 August 2013. Janet Packer’s salary
was varied whilst employed by the Trust.
Information on employees’ contracts and any correspondence relating
thereto is exempt from disclosure under Section 40 of the Act.
Copies of correspondence between parents of children at the school and any
members of staff at the school concerning Thomas Packer or Janet Packer
are exempt from disclosure under Section 40 and Section 41 of the Act.
Copies of correspondence from parents of children at the school raising
concerns or complaints about the management or day-to-day running of the
school are exempt from disclosure under Section 40 and Section 41 of the
Act.
