"When the consultation is completed will [Meaning the Western Trust] will seek Department's approval for outcomes of that if required at the end of the consultation".
Was such an approval required ?
If no such approval was required please give the Department's notification to the Trust that no such approval was required.
If approval was required please forward to me all documents/correspondence that is pertinent to that approval being required including but not limited to the approval granted itself, and any and all conditions attached to that approval.
