Dear University of Bath,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of University of Bath's handling of my FOI request 'Department Of Computer Science Tier 4 Booking System Hours May 2016'.
Thank you very much for giving me all the requested information, however I note the claim that "The booking system went live across the University from 1 May 2016 and became mandatory for all departments for all Tier 4 bookings from June 2016."
Looking at the announcement here:
http://www.bath.ac.uk/news/2016/05/10/im...
it appears that the use of the system was mandatory from 10 May 2016:
"If they are a Tier 4 visa holder you *must* use the Tier 4 Worker Booking System to..."
Please can you therefore clarify your response.
Yours faithfully,
N Westlake
