Dear University of Bath,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of University of Bath's handling of my FOI request 'Department of Computer Science casual workers May 2016'.

1. Please could you review the Section 40(2) exemption for questions 2 and 3.
2. Please could you review the answer to Question 6. My question concerns Casual Workers, themselves who are not Tier 4 visa holders, who assigned work to Tier 4 students, e.g. "Head Students" and "Marking Coordinators", who were delegated to perform this role by the Unit Leaders.
3. Please can you review the answer to Question 10, which refers to unpaid overtime, not entitled overtime.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/d...

Yours faithfully,

Nicholas Westlake
