Dear Michael Stafford
Many thanks for your request for information.
With regards to the numbers you requested please see the following table.

BDS Dentistry (A200)
Entry Year Applications Invited to Interview Offers
No. Highest UCAT Lowest UCAT
2018/9 376 244 3180* 2000* 104
2019/0 433 258 3070 2040 114
2020/1 440 259 3060 2040 113

Notes

1. Data is all applicants excluding Graduates and those holding UG
Credits.

2. UCAT scores represent those obtained in the academic year immediately
preceding the year of entry.

3. *2018/9 UCAT data excludes deferred applicants from 2017 as only three
elements of the UCAT were tested,

rather than four, which would result in misleading highest/lowest scores
if included.

4. Please refer to the University of Dundee Dentistry webpage here for
details about 2021/2 entry:

We do not consider SJT in our assessment of applications at any
stage. GCSE results and predicted grades are scored and together make up
60% of the initial assessment stage for school leavers.   UCAT accounts
for the other 40%. The personal statement is not assessed at the
pre-interview stage.  Only the combined academic and UCAT scores, together
with any contextual factors, determine who gets invited to interview.   At
the interview, the personal statement is used as a basis for discussion at
one or more of the stations, it is not formally assessed.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
Kind regards
Caroline Brown
