Dear 151 Dental Ltd,

This is my request under The Freedom of Information Act 2000.

In each of the financial years ending in 2013, 2014 and 2015, how many claims did the practice receive in respect of dental negligence?

In the same years, how much compensation was paid out as a result of these claims? This to include costs, expenses and any other monies incurred in relation to these.

How many claims remain outstanding for these years?
