Dear Denbighshire County Council,

Please pass this on to whom it may concern.

Under the F.O.I.A. Could I simply request of Denbighshire County Council, the planning application and approval for 'hard standing' to be used for a mobile speed camera. At Prestatyn Road, A548?

With reference to:-

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/n...

To be expressed as:-

1) Simply a print out (.pdf)/copy and or guidance of the original application for planning permission for 'hard standing' at Prestatyn Road, A548?
2) When this was approved, by presumably Denbighshire County Councillors Julian Thompson-Hill, James Michael Davies (now MP) and maybe Anton Sampson?
3) The original bill 'costs' of doing the job? Name of contractor, when and total, please.

Yours sincerely

Dear Kerry Standen,

Thank you for the information. All ways amazes me what can be built with out anyone knowing about it.

Was there an answer to:-

3) The original bill 'costs' of doing the job? Name of contractor, when and total, please.

Simply to prevent 'anyone individual gaining an advantage to getting paid for jobs.'

Also I'm just curious.

Yours sincerely,

GARY ALEXANDER BOURNE
