Dear West Midlands Combined Authority,

According to the Business Rate Supplements Act 2009 Local Authorities may levy a maximum 2% supplementary rate on hereditaments with a rateable value of over £50,000.

Please provide copies of all Ballot Results relating to projects where a Business rate supplement (BRS) has been levied.

Please state how many Persons owning/occupying a Business Premises with a RV of less than £50,000 have been levied a BRS?

Please state how many Persons not identified as liable for a BRS at Ballot/Consultation stage have since been levied a BRS?

Please state how many BRS levies have been for more than 2% of the property's RV?

Please state how many Levies have been for backdated billing periods?
