Dear A2 Dominion Housing,

coming across of a delicate matter ,

1st priority of the Housing Association is to support the needed in supporting in housing situation ?
at specially knowing it is a financial situation ? where the Housing benefit is paid direct to the Housing which secures the tenant ,
if the tenant has an additional debt and repay but struggle at times with weekly repayments , is willing to catch up the follow week I think is a goodwill

only there seem to be a communication problem as simple as
communicate to remind in letter or calls allowing time to repay , is not offered at all no help ,no indication of such

instead rushing to harsh action to evict within 2 weeks ,

to bully and demand a large amount upfront or out ,this news came 1 week after the eviction was filed by A2 Dominion to the courts leaving the tenant short on time
and left in Bailiffs hand to bring the news , over a 20 pound late payment ,
when the tenant struggle live under 10 pounds a week with the family has to
rely on the housing group , shouldn't you be supportive ?

the rent is secured is paid via Authority , repayment being made via DD ,
how little or large it does no matter so long is an effort to repay
I wonder having caused a big distress to the family will this be resolved and apologized ?
as it is the Tenant right to stay ! Rent is paid and secured !
