Please can you provide an list (in Microsoft Excel format) of properties (detailing the rating list description, rateable value, rating list address
and ratepayer) where rate demands were issued or are proposed to be issued for the removal of non domestic empty rate relief during the period 1 April 2008 and 31 March 2010, where it is claimed that relief was erroneously granted.

Thank you for your request for information that was received on 15 October
2012.  Your request has been summarised as follows:
 
Please can you provide an list (in Microsoft Excel format) of
properties (detailing the rating list description, rateable value,
rating list address
and ratepayer) where rate demands were issued or are proposed to be
issued for the removal of non domestic empty rate relief during the
period 1 April 2008 and 31 March 2010, where it is claimed that
relief was erroneously granted.
 
We are dealing with your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
and we aim to send a response by 12 November 2012 - this is 20 working
days from the date of receipt.
